can a person in India having an immovable property can make assignment it to a person in a foreign country where there is no stamp duty is paid what is the validity of the document in India can the assigned document in a foreign country can be used in evidence is there any judgments in this regard I would grateful if the experts would throw light on this aspect I hope the experts would not get angry over this subject matter

According to the act of the land you have to pay the stamp duty. Person having immoveable property in India, the document should be assigned in India only. You cannot avoid stamp duty.
