pls anyone tell me wht is a stamp duty when it is required to pay and where and wht r the document r required 2 be submitted i stay at mumbai

for amount of stamp duty better u get it calculated through the office of stamp office. they will calculate according to status of the property and then find out the rate on the basis of reckner

Stamp duty you will have to in accordance with the state stamp duty act. You will get the details in the sub-registrar office of the concerned taluka.
