Tender floated by A Company registered in Maharashtra. B wants to apply for the tender his company is registered in Gurgoan and corporate office is in Delhi. The tender requires an Affidavit and POA to be executed
Q. The stamp duty to be paid on Affidavit and POA would be as per Maharashtra Stamp Act or Delhi or Gurgaon? Insufficiency of stamp duty may not be taken as a ground for rejecting the bid.

it would be as per Bombay Stamp ACT

Stamp duty on affidavit & POA both should be got affixed as per State of Haryana. Validity from the origin is to be taken into consideration.
