What could be the denomination of the Stamp paper in case of general agreement?? And hw it is determnined?? Mine case is in Kolata

state the whole facts of agreement.

if it is agreement to sale then stamp duty would be payable as per para 5 of the schedule 1-b to the indian stamp act as applicable in releated state.
