sir i want to give 1 lak rupee to a needy person.we have an agreement on stamp paper that he will give me mony after 20 dayes when his work will be finished and he also give me 1lak cheque with stamp paper with the date of after 20 days...how much value of stamp i have to choose??? and what are the legal action after 20 days if he will failed his promiss????can we use the stamp paper in this matter????if he cheat me...what will the procedure to money back?????sir plz guied me as soon as possible............plz plz

when you gave the money or you took post dated cheque did you consult a lawyer .
you have already advanced money . you have not mentioned by cash or cheque .
if he fails to repay the 1 lakh after 20 days deposit the cheque of rs 1 lakh . if it bounces file cheque bouncing case

AFter 20 days if your friend failed to pay the amount then you can use the cheque, if it is also bounced then you can file criminal case u/s 138 of NI Act and also civil case to recover the money.
NI act is only punishable section, no amount will be recovered .
Contact your local lawyer for further clarification.

Use Rs. 100/- SD as MOU for Friendly Loan. +PN
You are in doubt from start, and want to give it. Risk is always present in monetary help.
Do not give Loan to him, when you have doubt in your mind, and you do not trust him.
Lots of headache to recover the amount. You get nothing!!
