Student disable to wirte in exam.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 13 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
One C.S. student is suffering from hand problem named "Writer's Cramp" & unable to write in exam but Institute has not resolved the problem.
Is there possible to provide her writer / typewriter in exam on humanity ground?
She approached to ICSI but no relief is provided yet.

You have to approach the Government Hospital and get a certificate about the inability of the student to write. Based on the certificate, you can apply to ICSI for another person's help for writing the examination. But there may be conditions that the other person should not be a qualified CA/CA/LL.B. etc.

In case the ICSI does not permit a help even after receipt of the MEdical Certificate, you have to approach the High Court through a Writ petition.
