Hi ,

Understand from associates that the succession certifcate takes 1 year to materialise . Is it true ?

How much cost is incurred as I understand that we have to advertise in news papers etc.

Can we mimimize the time frame as an year is too long ?

it takes from 6 months to 1 year . you have to pay court fees . legal fees vary

Generally it takes one year.

Court fee differ from state to state and is to be paid on the value of the property involved.

Lawyers fee differ person to person.
