Suicide by employee during the course of employment

Dear all,

One Employee died by way his suicide during the course of his employmnet for his personal reason the suicide note found by police official reveal the same reason, but they lodged FIR against his employer what is legal remedy for Employer..pls share if any relavant Judgment...

we dont provide citation s . since in the suicide note employee has not blamed the employer and has mentioned personal reasons for committing suicide employer cannot be liable for abetment of suicide

file a quashing petition before High Court, it will be better.

If FIR lodged, should proceed for anticipatory bail and prey HC for quashing of the FIR.
