First see what is this Section 416. In which Act, it is there? Is it DMC Act or some other Act. You have to find out first this thing. Then read the offence and find out by way of referring criminal procedure code that whether the offence is bailable or not? After finding out these things move appropriate bail application and prepare for sureties.
The advocate's job involves a lot of research.
