Supplementary agreement

hello,
my leave and licence agreement was ended on this 1st October 2015 and it was registered agreement for 3 years now i want to make supplementary agreement for 6 month of period untill the rent will be finalized by two parties....... then after we renew our agreement for next 3 years....... so plz reply is it possible to make supplementary agreement for next six months?

You can make fresh agreement stipulating the period,lest the prevous one will have lien period.

@Author, yes you can go for fresh deed mentioning in the deed that in the previous deed, the rent has not been finalized by two parties and hence this fresh deed is executed now for the next period of ------ up to which date you want.

1)U could have deductrd rent due from deposit taken2) If prevoius LL includes extension of further period of 6 months, else make for 11 months for safety of premises n legal protection

You can get the lease extended for 6 months agreement executed.
