supplementary agreement

I was made agreement with x and after few months x say, now I will issue the invoice name of y Can I made supplement agreement? or New agreement?

It shall be entirely a new agreement and not supplementary.

You could advised properly only if you reveal what kind of agreement it is and what is the invoice is all about.
