Hello,
Greetings..!!.pls throw some light............
I was working in a PSU for the las 3 and half yrs. in supervisor cadre. Meanwhile I achieved a higher qualification and started applying to other PSUs for executive level post without NOC .
I got job in one PSU as Executive and joined there, but now I have better offer from another PSU. I have decided to accept the new offer and I will be relieved from the service (of 2nd psu executive job) with proper relieving letter, which i can submit to the new PSU (3rd psu).
I have NOT shown my previous experience anywhere.
I didnt hold two jobs simultaneously
Concerns:
1. If the new PSU(3rd) comes to know that I suppressed the information of being employed in another PSU while applying for the job, what will be the disciplinary action likely to be charged on me by new employer? Is it a serious misconduct that lead to termination from the employment? Sh
2 There is police verification & verification by IB. Whether they will check about my previous employment.?
thank you....pls reply...

why do you surpress facts . ?they are bound to check your antecedents . better disclose the facts before joining new organisation . supression of material facts is not taken lightly by any employer

Disclose the facts to your employer you are going to join.

Thanks for your replies...
But my problem is that I did NOT mention about present employment at the time of interview.....(bcz they were insisting for NOC)
*If I am not disclosing the fact and join the new company, what will happen??

1. If the new PSU(3rd) comes to know that I suppressed the information of being employed in another PSU while applying for the job, what will be the disciplinary action likely to be charged on me by new employer?
Ans : Only the employer can decide. Or an astrologer can decide. It is not a legal query.
However subject to CDA rules of the PSU, it can be stated that the penalties in Govt sector are (i)censure (ii) recovery of loss (iii) stoppage of increment (with/without commutative effect) (iv) stoppage of promotion (v) reduction of pay (with/without commutative effect) (vi) reduction of time scale (vii)or reduction in rank (viii) compulsory retirement (ix) removal (dismissal)

Is it a serious misconduct that lead to termination from the employment?
Ans : Misconduct does not lead to termination but to any of the penalties stated above.
You might have also suppressed the place of residence during service in earlier PSU and in any case your biodata is misleading. Further if the advertisement by second PSU stated condition of application through proper channel you have violated the same.

2 There is police verification & verification by IB. Whether they will check about my previous employment.?
Ans : You have to disclose the places of residence / employment in last five years.
