What are the deductions a professional eg. Advocate, can claim for the purpose of tax calculation? Under which section?

1) Salary of staff.
2) Payment to assistant lawyers.
3) Office rent.
4) Telephone expenses.
5) Electricity charges.
6) water charges.
7) Cost of law books.
8) Court/case expenses
9) Depreciation on office assets,like computer etc
10)Depreciation on vehicle subject to disallowance of a portion for personal use
11) travelling expenses,
12) Association membership fees.
