After joining i was selected for post central excise inspector(G.P. 4600) . I want to give technical resignation from post office dept. during joining i had given an intimation of my interview of this post to department. but does not take NOC. so please suggest the appropriate procedure and way of technical resignation. thanks mukesh kumar sharma 9785139817

The technical resignation will not attract much significance, since the both the sevices are different and the service is also meagre You will commence fresh service in the new post.

Technical resignation is irrelevant with your meagre service of just about 2-3 months, while you are not going to be benefitted in pay protection or to get change in retirement benefits.
Put your resignation for the present job without quoting any reason and join the new post.
