can telephonic conversation be treated as a evidence? what is proper way to do it? does an expert from laboratory is needed as a witness?

Yes, you can produce the telephonic conversation, if that can help you. If the party denies his voice, you can request the court to get the voice verified by an expert.

Such type of evidence is not per-se admissible as other experts are trying to show. The recording made is required to be first sent to laboratory to certify that there is not a fabrication is recording and it is continuous. Recording with certificate is must and then if objected to by other party claiming dispute about voice then it can be sent for this purpose with the help of court as per procedure to lab as ordered.
