Tenancy rights

i am the legal heir to a rented premises in Mumbai which was rented by my grandfather for the last 50 years, and have tenency rights there, can tenancy rights be sold to someone else for money??

No, you cannot sell your tenancy right.
You need consent of Landlord to do it, for which he will have his cut 33% to 40% of what u get as Pagdi.
