tenant not giving rent

Dear sir I had given my medical shop on rent now the guy has not giving rent since last 6 months the shop Iis undet my name and all the furniture is mine. Sir I want to know that can I go ant change the locks since hes not paying the rent also the rent agreement ment was done last month kindly advise me what to do thanks.

you cnanot change the lock without giving one set of keys to your licensee . if he has not paid rent file suit for eviction against licensee . terminate the leave and license agreement for non payment of rent . contact a local lawyer

first send legal notice to tenant and demand

rent arrears failing which file eviction petition.
