Tenants staying in the premisis since 30 years with out agreement

Sirs,

Pls let me know the process of evicting the tenants who are staying since 30 years with out any agreement. Recently my parents had expired and I need to evict the tenants who are paying above 8k rent for personal occupation. pls let me know the way forward.

Appoint an advocate sir. He will take care your case. For your kind knowledge, if you need your building for your own purpose mean you can file case also can win. But if you try to evict the tenant for giving building to high rent mean you will loose your case. This is law.
