Hi, I am working as a sr.engineer in a partnership company since 8 years. There are around 5 office staff and 5 shop floor workers who worked day and night during March period. But because of some personal issues I was forced to take leave for 4 days out of which 2 days leave was informed. But now he has suddenly terminated from a job without giving any advanced notice. And my concern is at the time of joining I was not given any appointment order. So kindly suggest how to proceed to lodge a complaint.

Minimum one month's notice or pay in lieu of notice was necessary. However, in the absence of appointment letter, that depends upon the evidence of your service, if you are able to prove.
