my company has stopped sending my salary for the past 3 months for no apparant reasons & suddenly without notice they have served a termination letter on me.Kindly advice as to the legal course of action that can be taken up to release my dues.

If your employment contract clearly stipulated that prior notice for some time is necessary to terminate the job then surely you could file a suit for declaration and injunction so that the termination letter be remain as without any force or operation till the suit is decided.
You are simply asking a question without knowing how to ask. Even you have no identity. why you are a nuisance to others who are really need help. Without wasting the time of others go and do some good job. Your callous and un wanted attitude may create such situation of loosing jobs. please mind your own business.

Agreeing with Mr. Barman, I advise you to file a suit for declaration and recovery of wages.

Check the norms of your Company.If termination is against it move legally.
