Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 January 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir,
Our company wants to terminate one Manager, who has working with us since 4 years. He is earning 6 digit salary, means highly paid employee. Company can terminate him by looking business requirements, Not improvement in assign department, Not following management instruction, arguing nature etc..?

Quick response will be appreciated. Thanks

Very strange, the company can employ highly paid employees, but does not have even a mediocre system of management!

Ask your company to employ only qualified, experienced and knowledgeable HR personnel, who can handle the HR problems appropriately. Your company, if that really exist, should not depend upon free advice.

By the way, what is your status in the company and in which capacity of your in the company you have asked this query?

salary of employee is not relevant if he is no more required.

Even otherwise it an academic topic for moot-court discussion.
