You can question the very termination on the basis of violation of principles of natural justice. You have a good case since termination is illegal. File a civil suit challenging it before the civil court where you can also seek compensation and other reliefs as well.

Your legal right to get the service benefits as well as termination compensation is justified but before moving further, it shall be appropriate to go through minutely your service agreement. You should take the services of local lawyer for this purpose.

It depends upon the nature of your job. if you are covered under the category of worker then only you can go before labour court, other wise your termination, claims, compensation etc will be governed by the contract act and you will have to go before civil court for recovery the amount claimed and to challenge termination based on appointment letter. but it all depends on thorough study of your appointment letter.
