there should be no intellectual property right.

(Querist) 03 August 2009 This query is : Resolved
it differentiates man. this right gives one with unlimited earning capacity whereas a physical labour having equal needs can earn in a limited manner. thus this intellectual property right is at the root of the social degeneration. all intellectual property should be evaluated and priced keeping in view the needs of every human being of the world.

but Mr. Maiti benefits of IPR is not just confined to a single individual.

it gives an edge to the economy of a nation.

infuses a sense of competition.

protects the research.

well pricing no doubt has to be controlled in every case, every individual must be benefited out of research...certain protections are there but may not be sufficient.

The cause of this unparrallel economy is not IPR. It is that property which one genearates with the help of his ideas or mindm this is also hard work n is nt less than physical labour. i agree if we compare both thn the monitary value of both is different bt that does mean we should deny ipr's existence.
we can make rules for controlling the uncontrolled wealth bt certainly cant do without it
