Time limit for appeal in higher court.......

IS there any prescribed time limit

within which the judgment of the lower court

CAN be appealed OR challenged in the

higher court

after the judgement has been made by the

lower court???

1. Appeal /Challenge before any higher courts, may be made in 30 days from the date of order. However the limitation of 30 days can easily be condoned, by giving cogent reasons, by a experienced and seasoned lawyer.
