Time limit to file a criminal case against a bank

I am aggrieved by a bank. It has force closed my FDRs on Oct 10 2013 supposedly to recover its over payment made 4 years ago. But I had complained against the bank to BO Hyd. BO Hyd has rejected my complaint under clause 13(a) of BO Rules. I have now appealed to The Appellate Auth ,Dy Gov RBI ONLINE. It was first directed to CRC Hyd RBI. But my mail was spammed by CRC Hyd office. Tried to get the mail add of DY Gov but alaways redirected to CRC Hyd. Then could send my mail to Help.ahmedabad @ rbi.gov.in. It was ack and then forwarded to CRC Mumbai and CRC Hyd for their further actions. CRC Hyd on repeated reminders has now ack receipt the mail via Ahmedabad.But has not confirmed whether my appeal has been sent to the Appellate Auth i.e DY Gov RBI. CRC Mumbai has fwd it to CGMCSD @ rbi.gov.in..Two months have passed I have not recd any ack from the office of Dy GOv being the appellate auth..None is ready to provide me the email add of the Dy gov RBI as it is addsd to DY Gov.
From 10 Oct 2013 it is now Jun 14 , 2014. Is there a time limit to file a cr case against the bank in my case? Can I file the case directly to the lower court ? If yes which court I have to go? I am located at RK Puram, Malkajgiri, RR dist. Br of the Bank is located at the same place. I wish to make PCDA (Pensions)Allahabad as well as CMD Bank of India, Mumbai a party for their criminal negligence along with ZO BOI Hyd & BO Hyd. Pl advice also whether I am eligible to file as a party in person.

If any further question please ask in the same thread.
If you wish you can proceed to file case against any body including Bank, no body can stop you, however, if some recovery of overpayment was effected by the bank, it has the right to recover overpayments.

Exactly for that reason I posted it in a separate thread. My question is here about time limitation to file a cr case.I was told that for a consumer forum it is two years.Now if I wait for the Dy Gov RBI to dispose whether time limit if there is a limit should be from the date when the bank force closed my FDRs or the day supposedly credited a huge amount in my pension account.
Or till the time DY Gov RBI dispose off the case I am not eligible to file a case in the court or it can be done concurrently?

Lodge a police complaint, if they refuse approach higher ups. You may file a complaint case in the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court of your area.
However, approaching the Banking Ombudsman seems to me a better idea. Hope that answers your query once and for all!

My query is all about time limit to file a case in the court of law from the day an offence committed. Here there are two issues..Bank claims they had credited a sum of Rs 15 Lacs twice against my PPOs (Pension entitlements) in 2010 in two savings accts held by me and now detected after 4 years. PCDA Allahabad is the competent auth to arbitrate in such cases for a PDA Bank for a defence pensioner as per para 103 of Def PPI 2013 (UPLOADED IN FILES FILES)instead the Bank has forced close all my FDRs held with them. I am informed about it on 10 Oct 2013. I have made complaint to BO Hyd which found no def of service and intimated it in Mar 2014. I have made appeal against BO Hyd's order ONLINE ack by help.ahmedabad@rbi.gov.in and then crchyderabad@rbi.gov.in on 21 May 2014. Dy Gov RIt is yet to dispose of my appeal. I do not know when my appeal will be disposed off. Here comes my question..when the date of offence (as per me) starts and what is the limitation period. Secondly can I file a cr case with the Metropolitan court at Malkajgiri RR Telengana right now or it will be considered premature?
