CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST POINT ON WHICH EXECUTION OF EVICTION ORDERS BE GOT STAYED WHICH ARE ISSUED FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT AND LANDLORD HAS FILED EXECUTION OF EVICTION ORDERS TO GET WARRANT OF POSSESSION. RENT I AM UNABLE TO DEPOSIT AT THE MOMENT

If you are not in position to deposite the due rent then it would be better for you to vacate the premises and handover the possession of same to landlord.

you wont get stay of eviction if you dont pay arrears of rent . better vacate premises

File application u/s 151 of CPC for the grant of stay,in execution proceedings and
pray to court for grant of some more time to pay the arrears of rent to you.

Then you have to go out.Possession is parted for rent only by the land lord.s.151 C.P.C. is for interest of justice which means justice to both parties,other wise it would amount to charity which only your landlord can afford,for which court can not force him
as charity is an voluntary act.

You should offer part payment and then should pray to provide you some more time to deposit the balance payment. May the court and the DH listen your mercy voice.
