A does the business from fifty years to sell the CAMEL without trade licence any where in INDIA from RAJASTHAN. Now A has to need trade licence what is the process to apply the trade licence and by which manner trade licence could be issued. where wil be apply for trade licence. trading of CAMEL is illegal

Trade Licensing is a long process. It shall be better if the serves of a local lawyer dealing in taxation side is approached for this purpose.

As advised by Experts Pl. be in touch with an local lawyer who is conversant with the local law. Normally , the Trade licence is issued by Local municial authority.
However, if there is a ban on the trade in question in your local area , you can try for the licence elsewhere .
