Please suggest whether trademark class of packaged software belongs to Class 9 or Class 42.

Please clarify major difference betwn packaged software & customized software in legal point.

Packaged soffwares are covered in Class09.Differences ,between packaged software is that which are commonly sold to the public at large, while customized sofware are which are sold a or prepared according to the desires and wants of the customers they are specialized software meant for specific classes of customers at large.
