trademark domain

I have registered one website domain . In that domain one word is registered trademark of a big reputed company.
They mailed me to transfer the domain name to their name.
I denied in transferring and I told if you want give me a job in your company.
They went to Delhi High Court and registered a case against me under CS (OS)
What is CS(OS)
Please guide me to proceed further.

Engage an advocate and fight the case on merit.
Do ensure that no order of injunction is passed though it seems very likely.

One cannot squat on deceptive domains. Further one cannot also demand any employment on that basis. You have a very weak case. As you approach, your lawyer will tell you. I don't think there is anything on merit for you to fight.

you have no case on merits . you cannot black mail the company that you will transfer domain only if job is offered by company

If you have been fond to use the trade mark pertaining to somebody who has already registered on them, you have no chances to contest and succeed their case. Better try for an amicable solution.

I spoke with the company
They agreed to do settlement with the condition that I should transfer my domain to them
But I have to appear in delhi high court for settlement
Should I hire a lawyer for this settlement issue and if yes how I can get a lawyer for best price
