The dissolution of firm is recorded in a document/minute book or by a registered document. or by a court decree. file relevant papers in mutation of revenue records in taluk office. it is enough

Sorry mr.ganesan. Why we have file relevant records before tashildar office. i think we have to produce before the sub registrar office know. Sorry if anything wrong, please clear it..
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 19 May 2011
By producing the resolution of the partnership firm, you can change the name in the title deeds.
Guest (Expert) 19 May 2011
Prepare and register a deed with the sub-registrar's office by producing a copy of the dissolution deed or resolution for dissolution. Mutation in revenue records, as suggested by Mr. Ganesan, should also be taken care of for safe title of the property.
