Description is inadequate. Transfer depends upon whether you are of the Executive cadre with all India service liability or a Non-executive with Unit or Circle service liability and seniority conditions and also whether you are on probation, permanent or temporary, etc, in the organisation.

Neverthless, you will have to join as junior most in the category of your cadre post.

Answer the queries raised by the expert.
Consult your association for knowing the interstate transfer rules/ policy of the employees in your cadre.
You should apply to your department if covered under the rules, let department consider accordingly.

sir i am a permanent employee of organisation of non executive cadre.i want to lay down a few points:
1. i have completed 5 years in organisation on 03/10/2014, which is basic requirement for the transfer in the organisation.
2. although my cadre selection is circle based but acc to BSNL'S POLICY NO- 6-1/2007-Restg dated 07/05/2008 para 7(a) i am eligible for transfer to any place of company's operations.
bt still whenever i have applied my seniors reject my case on ground of proper substiute. coz of that i want to know about spouse ground transfer
thnk u

Your spouse is not a government employee and also since his company may have a branch within your place of working, citing it, your application may not be entertained, however, make a representation to the management with the help of your trade union.
