Transfer of central govt. employee on mutual -reg

I am working in one of the central govt. organization. I am asking mutual transfer with a lady employee who is working in the same organization in different unit with same designation and section.
since she is lady employee my sr.officer is not forwarding my transfer application. please help me how to overcome this

No gender bias.Mutual tranfer is perissible provided it in the same cadre.Send the application duly signed by the both to the respective authorities.

Get the application of lady be forwarded having your consent by her office. submit your application with consent of lady to your office with insertion as through proper channel. Forward one copy to controllers marked sent through proper channel, direct copy for reference.

Mutual transfers within the organisation are normally not discouraged. Act according to the advice of Shri Rajendra Kr. Goyal.

I got the application from the lady and I have attached my application stating that one officer is ready for mutual transfer, but Since she is the lady officer, my boss not at all receiving the application.
Seniority will be same throughout the organization.

Mr. Sugumaran,
The other alternative for you is to get no objection for mutual transfer endorsed on your application from that lady officer and send that through proper channel. On the other hand, let the lady also apply through her proper channel with duly endorsed your no objection for the mutual transfer. Both the application would reach the competent authority for consideration to ensure transfer of both of you.

Dear Sir,
We both are exchanging our application to each other( she is having copy of my application and i am having her application). for her there is no problem at all for forwarding her application, only thing is my boss is not accepting my application to get mutual with lady officer, he is asking male officer.
Please note that my wife is also working in that station. because of that i am asking for transfer

You may have to make a representation to a higher officer/authority to consider your application on humanitarian grounds, which may fetch some good results.
