If your mother is the absolute owner of the property with clear and marketable title and if she is desirous of transferring this property in the CHS to your name, then she first have to transfer the property to your name by executing a registered gift/settlement deed after which you can mutte the revenue records to your name on the basis of the registered transfer deed. After that you can apply for transfer of share certificate to your name by complying with the procedures as per bylaws of the society.
