Transfer of property in to minor

This query is : Resolved
The person is dead without will. his wife is already married to some other person.
That person is a father of girl child, who is minor.
Can that property transfer to minor.Without appointing guardian for the same.
Experts kindly provide the suggestion for the same.

The widow can transfer her share in property of her deceased husband in favour of any one she chooses.

Whether wife married again after death or before (after getting divorce)? Minor daughter has its share and she can claim through guardian.

Wife got married before death of husband without getting divorce.

1. Is she (the lady) related to you? If so, how?
2. You may post your own query, no problem.
3. However, the girl is illegitimate child of estranged wife of deceased who was not the biological father of baby.
4. Whatsoever, she (the minor) can claim share from her biological (present)father.
