Hi,
Could anyone explain me,
My father have property of SRA flat in Mumbai.
He met with paralytic attack in 2012, He is 65 years old, He couldn't write or he couldn't speak properly.
He need to transfer his SRA flat on his wife's name. he is alive.
"WHAT IS PROCEDURE TO TRANSFER THE FLAT ON HIS NAME TO WIFE'S NAME ??

1. IF the Father is not in a position to visit the registrar of sub-assurances for executing the Gift Deed (for house and share certificate and other properties), THEN proper application for Home-Visit of the registrar can be made, who would visit home and record the Gift Deed, which shall be final for all legal purposes.
2. To Transfer the property /share certificate belonging to deceased person, in favor of Wife /Nominee/ Childrens, file proper application with following documents:
a) Death Certificate
b) Indemnity Bond /Affidavit
c) NOC from SRA authorities
d) ANY other documents that the Society may require
