Translation of scheduled caste certificate to english

I have Caste Certificate from my native in Gujarat, the Caste Certificate is in Gujarati issued by Taluka Development Office, Dist Ahmadabad, I want to Translate the same in English to Submit to my daughters school, in Mumbai, I have asked one of my friend and he has suggested that a Notary Office can do the translation, I think Translation can be done by Magistrate, Can any one guide me & clear my doubt, So I can translate the same at the earliest.
Should a Notary Officer can do or should I have to visit Bombay High Court for Translation thru Megistrate

no notary and no magistrate can translate any documents, each court has a translation department so contact there.

They would have advised Notary who knows Gujarati would attest the Translated scrip

So Should go to any court in Mumbai & Translate the Certificate in English.

I have visited yesterday afternoon at Dindoshi City Civil & Session Court, they do not have translation Department, one lawyer advise me to visit Bombay High Court there is a Translation Department. I am going tomorrow.

Yes High court have translation department, they may take one week time.
