Trust audit reports

I have one client who have a trust register at gujarat from 1995, trust don't have pan card, they want to audit report of last three year but audit was not done at all what shall i do? without pan card audit is possible under trust act?

if the Rule requires those documents, then their supply is mandatory to register the trust.
