What is the authority for registration of trust in Andhra Pradesh. How to get certified copy of the Trust Deed.

In case founder and president of the trust dies, what will be the consequences.

The sub registrar has the jurisdiction where the registered office is situate.

In case founder and president of the trust dies, the trustees continue to run the trust as per the bye-laws.

If the trust deed provides for any mode of succession in the event of death of the trustees, then according to those rules the trust would continue to function. You cannot get a certified copy of the trust deed unless you are a trustee. That is the rule relating to grant of certified copy of trust deed in Tamilnadu.
