can a person be trustee of two or more charitable , educational trusts/ and can a same person be chairman of two trusts

Yes a person can be trustee for more than one or more charitable, educational trusts, further he can be chairman of more than one trust, there is no bar provided the chairman is non executive, i.e not having executive role managing and administrating such trusts.
