Juidicial and non - juidical stamp papers.
Now juidicial stamp papers are not available, earlier we use to get the certified copie of the court documents in the juidicial stamp papers now no juidicial stamp papers.
Non Juidicial Stamp Papers: STamp papers available in the Banks ( because of Telagi Govt, has stopped the priniting of the non juidicial stamp papers), except the court work non-juidicial stamp papers will be used to exeucte certain agreements, affidavits, and other documents which are necessary to be written on the stamp paper.

There are two types of stamp papers:
Judicial stamp papers: These are used for legal and court work. Non-judicial stamp papers: These are use for making contracts, agreements, registration of documents, entering into leases or sale/purchase transactions etc...
Duly stamped
This means that the instrument bears an adhesive or impressed stamp of not less than the specified amount and that such stamp has been affixed or used in accordance with the law. In case of adhesive stamps, the stamps have to be effectively cancelled so that they cannot be used again.
Similarly, impressed stamps have to be written in such a way that it cannot be used for another instrument and the stamp appears on the face of the instrument. If the stamp is not so used, the instrument is treated as 'un-stamped'. Similarly, when stamp duty paid is not adequate, the document is treated as 'not duly stamped'.
Mode of payment
The payment of stamp duty can be by adhesive stamps or impressed stamps. Instruments executed in India must be stamped before or at the time of execution. Instrument executed outside India can be stamped within three months after it is first received in India
Valuation for stamp duty
In some cases, the stamp duty is fixed irrespective of the amount of the transaction. In other cases, the stamp duty is payable on the basis of value of property or transaction. In such cases, value is decided as per what is prescribed.
