what will be the effect of a subsequent bail petition filed u/s 439 Cr.p.c in the court of sessions judge by a relative(son of the accused person)on behalf of the accused person who is in jail when a petition of the same kind was moved by an another relative(wife of the accused person) in the same court on behalf of the same accused person is in the pending state.

Since no resjudiceta is applicable ob bail applications,so the second bail applicable can be filed legaly,but Judge,who dismissed earlier bail application,would not change his view.

change in relative doesnot matter what matter is change in circumstances while applying for the bail

the pending application will be decided firstly by the session judge and your bail application is to dismissed as withdrawn. but it is strange that you are son and mother did not cordinate while filing bail application on the stage when the person for whom you file baile is in judicial custody.
