Is the FIR registered u/s154 Cr.P.C for offence u/s 7 of P.C.Act 1988 on a plain sheet of paper (Not in FIR BOOK with a serial number)in a hotel room (not in police station)by a police officer a legal document for initiating subsequent investigation in the said offences?
