Alternatively, you can produce the legal heir certificate and make a claim.

If you are a legal heir to your father, how can they believe that you are his daughter and who are other legal heirs? They can ask as per the RBI guidelines and procedure. You obtain all the necessary details as early as possible. You should produce the legal heir certificate of your father, a death certificate, and an Affidavit by you and other legal heirs and application for claim.

What is the problem for complying with the legal requirements that the bank has instructed you to oblige.
the money should not go into wrong hands hence the rules are strict about it, you cannot think of the shortcut method.
Will is not the authentic document to establish your relationship and your claim.
