Make a complaint to local labour Inspector and failing to get desired relief, do file claim before LO.

Thanks to all for valuable advice, but facts is: I was lodge complaint at DLO on 16.08.2011 regarding not payment of Over Time, non-payment of Acting (perform as higher grade job) and Non-payment of TA/DA (as per MD's approval)etc. But DLO discard the complaint on 02.04.2013 after several round of joint inquiry and advised to goto appropriate authority. Hence, i want to know the rule & regulation etc.

Yes, complaint to labour commissioner would yield result.
