Unregistered association cannot sue but can be sued in the given facts.

Yes. Am agree with makkad sir.. One more thing unregister association is not an offence. You can. For that reason no one can ask you.. But you can't claim anything legally in the name of association..

A. Being "Unregistered"????
If law requiring registration declares the act of non registration as an offence, else only the association shall be deemed as 'no association' in the eye of law.

B. Financial irregularities or corruption?
HOW?

The Prevention of Money Laundering Act, may get attracted since its section2(s) "person" includes;-

(i) an individual
(ii) a Hindu undivided family,
(iii) a company,
(iv) firm,
(v) an association of persons or a body of individuals whether incorporated or not,
(vi) every artificial juridical person not falling within any of the preceding sub-clauses, and
(vii) any agency, office or branch owned or controlled by any of the above persons mentioned in the preceding sub-clauses;.

SO EACH MEMBER CAN BE HELD OFFENDER AND NOT ONLY OFFICE BEARERS WHEN REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED BUT NOT REGISTERED.

If anonymous Mr. skjadvt-sardarsena has pointed out towards me, I don't think is it would be out of context to reply his post. He probably considers himself only as the expert and none else.

In fact, the problem with Mr. skjadvt-sardarsena is jealousy, his inferiority complex, his own fear of being recognised for wrong advice, if any, rendered by him if he publishes his true identity and photograph. He and his friends frequently change their mascot graphics and even user identity to avoid identification. He prefers to remain in anonymity. He never prefers anybody should challenge his or his friend's wrong advice. He even does not know the legal definition of CEO, but prefers me not to write myself as a CEO, as if he would have to give me salary of a CEO from his own pocket. He does not even know where and why I should register myself, when the LCI has already registered me as an expert. He has never been able to give even a single answer to any of my questions, as the members can see from the following links:

HE MUST ALSO TELL MEMBERS WHERE DID I USE THE TERM "ASSOCIATION?"

BEING ADVOCATE, POSING AS A LEGAL EXPERT, DOES HE ALSO NOT KNOW WHAT IS ASSOCIATION?

Members of the community may like to compare solutions provided by him and those by me on this site for judging where he actually stands.

BUT ANYWAY, I WELCOME HIS CRITICISM, AS THAT PROVIDES MORE AND MORE RECOGNITION FOR ME, WHILE HE GETS EXPOSED MORE & MORE TO THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON EACH OF HIS POST, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY AWARE OF HIS ACTIVITIES ON THE LCI

Mr. skjadv! his is not a way to talk in thi sforum with such senior person. Mr. Dhinga is an asset for this site. A person of such repute and expereince is toleraitng persons like you denottes his bonafide and humble and nice nature. Dhinga is definitely is a CEO of a group of companies as truely mentioned with his name. Dhingra ji is not known for his alleged impression rather for his detailed and mindful replies and true contribution towards this site.

You need not give unnecessary suggestions to a person of this high stature rather should improve yourself and shoud attain maximum legal knowledge so that you may also learn how to reply to queries in legal manner like Dhingra ji.

I feel sorry to Mr. Dhingra ji for the defamation of skjadvt as he is NAADAN.

Mr.Skjadv,

It is a public site. Let us keep up our professional dignity.

If you have anything personal against Mr.Dhingra, handle the matter, through your own professional style.

Just by passing sarcastic comments, I am sure Mr.Dhingra is not degraded.

If you want to more details of Mr.Dhingra's experience and qualification send a P.M. to him.

If he is claiming any false status or qualification take it up legally.

I hope this unhealthy war shall be treated as closed.
