Last date for Filling revised ofWCT return for the financial yr 09-10 is 15th may in WEST BENGAL. however deductor is unable to give us the wct CERTIFICATE what to do ?????????

For submission of return you need not have the WCT Certificate. It will be sufficient if you know the figure and put in Return. Moreover, you have 3 months time to Revise the Return if you find any mistake subsequently. So, file the return.
