I just want to ask that which marriage is more valid court marriage or arya samaj marriage....

There is no term like "more valid" in legal world. A thing would be either "valid or invalid".

Here in your case both are valid.

Both the marriage Court marriage and Arya samaj marriage are valid in the eye of law. So don't be confused about more valid.

Both are valid in the eyes of law if admitted by both parties.
