T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 07 October 2023
You cannot punish the seller for any reason.
It was your fault that you purchased the same without verifying the same before purchasing it.
The police also will not entertain any complaint in this regard
daksh paul (Querist) 07 October 2023
Respected sir, before purchasing the bike i have taken the bike to the agency but they told me that they will not provide any record unless the owner comes and the owner is refuse to come to the agency.

daksh paul (Querist) 07 October 2023
No, the company people did not tell me about any accident they Sent back saying that they would give information about the vehicle only when the owner come.
daksh paul (Querist) 07 October 2023
And the owner of the vehicle felt like going to the showroom.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 08 October 2023
If the company refused to divulge with any details about the vehicle then what attracted you to the vehicle that you blindly purchase the vehicle on as is where is basis and how can you blame others when you accepted to purchase the vehicle on the above condition.
There was no compulsion on yo to purchase the vehicle hence you have to regret for your own negligence in this aspect.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 09 October 2023
Bur you agreed to the terms offered.
