Dear sir,
it is to draw your kind attention that my client got divorce notice,as sent by his wife, now i want to know about one thing that,
a his wife wrote in petition that my client/her husband had procured a false degree to get a job before 3years.

my query is this how can i defend my client if it is true.
how can my client be saved from this type of allegation?

I think you should not go in depth of this allegation and should merely deny it. Even the Family Court is not proper platform to decide the genuineness of such degree. it is better to deny her allegations and not to deeply controvert her

IT IS VERT DIFFICULT TO PROOVE YOUR CLIENT'S WIFE. HER ALLEGATION IS TATALLY FALSE.HER GROUND FOR DIVORCE PETITION ALSO FALSE HENCE YOU SIMPLY DENY HER ALL ALLEGATIONS.

Simply deney her allegation, Burden of proof is on ur client's wife.
