GOOD MORNING,
If a women has married and she is pregnant and she is getting mentally toucher from her husband house and planning to kill her. What is the best way she have to choose? As this kind of behavior is very harmful for the child who has not even has taken birth in this world.

she can live with her parents till the child is born .

moreover, lodge police complaint against husband.

Dear Nizam the wife has right to file a complaint against her husband or others before court under domestic violence act. if the harassment is due to dowry then file a complaint to police under section 498 A of IPC. she can file a maintenance case under section 125 of Cr.P.C. feel free to call

Thanks for your advice according to suggestion she already gave birth to baby girl. As she gave birth to a girl n they Are not Even in contact that means they are ignoring child n wife both .. what to do now .plsss suggest some thing..
